I have a challenge for you this week:
Go to nature, with a big chunk of time (at least three hours)
and listen in to your inner self.
Just go outside, anywhere, and wander. Let your thoughts go. Listen in for your heart. Get clear on your vision for your life and what you want to bring into the world. Step away from the busy-busy world, phones, and devices.
It’s amazing how much your mind can figure itself out during a big break from the busy-ness we live in each day
The world can wait. Head on out and listen in. I’d love to hear what you discover
